No. Croatian is written with Roman letters, and Serbian with Cyrillic.
At least Croats say that Croatian is a language of its own, but the
difference between language and dialect is more a question of actual
politics than of culture and linguistics if the differences are thus subtle.

I was under the impression that "Serbian" was written with Roman
characters, and "Croatian" with Cyrillic, but they were actually the
