We use IBM's HomePage Builder for managing sites like this. It is a
commercial program (part of their WebSphere site management system) but
very inexpensive. I have successfully converted all of their .rpm to
.deb with alien with NO problems. It does run slower than a native Linux
application (it requires a specialized wine to run), but it is very
solid and seems to produce very clean html code. It has most of the good
features of Frontpage without adding all of the garbage control files
that FP requires.They do have an evaluation system and IBM is making a
HUGE commitment to support Linux, albeit RedHat :-( ....
