What are the outputs of date[1] and hwclock --utc? Is the difference of

Footnotes:
[1] date should output your timezone as part of the output, e.g., I
have the MET (Central European Time) configured and get the output
CEST (S for summer time).
[2] I currently have a difference of 2 seconds.
