Does this package work with the teTeX 2.0.2 packages? It works very
nicely with Frank's teTeX 3.0 sarge backport (thanks!). But in a
different message Rogério said he can't use teTeX 3.0 at the moment.

BTW, I also think that the facotr of two size reduction provided by
pfb2t1c is worth keeping. Of course, the real solution would be to
extend fix-cm.sty to the cyrillic encodings provided by the cm-super
fonts. Then one could split cm-super into cm-siper-base (only the sizes
supported by fix-cm.sty) and cm-super-extra. Maybe one should even
combine the two approaches ...
