Bug#87699: tetex-bin: Please don't. A "suggests" and possibly a warning on install is better

The problem is that even for well maintained programs,
noone noticed the problem.
This is very difficult to detect that there is a problem at all
until someone does a clean chroot build (like with pbuilder).
That is why I keep on recommending to keep depends, do
debian-devel-announce, and then remove the dependency in woody+1.
I don't know if these are the only programs.
If none of the tetex maintainers do not see this
as a problem, I am feeling like I should probably give up trying
to convince you.
My time is limited.
I am hoping that you are getting my message.
"Other packages are broken" is not a reason. tetex-bin broke it
in the first place.
