Bug#87699: tetex-bin: Please don't. A "suggests" and possibly a warning on install is better
[Note that I've edited the addresses to go to the bug, with a cc:
to Junichi.]

Getting a bit of perspective here, I find 87 packages[1] that have
a dependency on tetex-bin. Of those, 29 packages[2] also have a
dependency on texinfo (which hasn't been part of tetex-bin since
potato was released). Of the 29 packages depending on tetex-bin
and texinfo, *all* of them include a dependency on texi2html.
Do we really even have a problem here?
