Some of these are surprising (e.g. bzr?! - it has to be Python 2.6 compatible
because it comes with Lucid), but they could just be out of date versions.

One other thing to keep in mind is that the upstream developers may not be
fully aware of the problem.  If the exception only gets raised in exceptional
circumstances, and those are not tested, then the app or library may not in
practice see the failure very often.
