I'm un-retiring, and also becoming a co-driver for DEP-5, in order to
get it finished reasonably soon. See the "meta" e-mail I just sent out
to -project.

For what it's worth, I am opposed to a DEP-5 specific mailing list. See
my other e-mail for reasons.
