Just wanted to tell you that with 2.4.10 out, I have packaged the
above-mentioned patches.  I will upload to auric tomorrow, right now
they can be found at

 deb http://people.debian.org ~jensen/binary-powerpc/

Feedback is welcome.  Note that if you want to apply both patches
(like I do), you should use xfs after benh.
