The obvious conclusion is that you did not understand my comment.

You are not expected to have the complete set of Debian provided machines.
Debian will provide access to other platforms for the purpose of
Debian development work. Access to those machines is a tool for
developing the distribution; it is not a reason to join Debian
in itself.

You don't have to compile packages for other architectures yourself,
either. The autobuilders do that, much easier than your or I can do it by hand.
