Hey, if you mean "Wallace v GPL"...

The FSF has already admitted price-fixing (albeit "vertical") and also
conceded "distribution of software to consumers at no cost other than
the cost of the media" (see FSF's brief #35). It is not that hard to
escape the GPL already (know-how is in "Distributing GPL software"
thread) and Wallace has a good chance to put the entire GPL'd code
base into quasi public domain (on the grounds of copyright misuse
raised to the level of antitrust violation) just to save bandwidth.
