Yes, you are right. But the the process of reconnection spend several seconds. That means that you must wait for several seconds when you want to use mouse. It is very inconvenient.

In Windows 10, I think that the problem like Debian. The connection will be lost after several seconds idle of mouse. When you want to use mouse, you must click the button of the mouse. Debian is similar as Windows 10 about this problem. But I can setting in the device manager of Windows 10 to avoid powersaving of bluetooth for solving this problem.

Three bluetooth mice which are different brand were used, no different is present.

There is no any setting about bluetooth in the BIOS, and my laptop is Thankpad X1 Carbon 5th.
