we've used 2 BT mice so far. Both had this behaviour. I'm afraid that the
disconnection is behaviour of the mouse, not of the laptop.

To explain more deeply: mice (and other BT devices) tend to disconnect after
period of inactivity. Disconnecting helps mouse bettery to last longer. The connection can be reestablished when you touch your mouse again. (depends on mouse, it may need to click buttons to reconnect)

and it can be
define in the Debian system because the disconnection is behaviour of
Windows. In Windows 10, I can define the behaviour in the device manager
by disable the function of power save about bluetooth.

This is something different: this setting (available in 7, vista and even
XP) turns off bluetooth controller when no devices are connected. That
means, when your mouse disconnects, BT controller may be turned off.

This is apparently what happens to you. I, unfortunately haven't met this
condition yet.
So I think some way could solve this problem in Debian.

This all means that you don't need to avoid disconnecting bluetooth mouse. You need to avoid powering off BT controller on battery.

What BT controller do you have? Are there any settings in system BIOS to avoid BT power saving on battery?
