unde e? asta nu as putea sa spun decit daca sapam in sabloane,
poate stie Mugurel.

- meta ala poate sa fie in wml::debian::template, dar ca parametrul
title e deja setat pe Romanian, si probabil tot acolo intern se stabileste
charsetul. Nu stiu cum e structura la debian dar exisa calea:
wml/debian/template
unde 'template' e un fisier wml care face preprocesarea.
Poate asta te ajuta sa te lamuresti.
