My 1-2-3 scheme described in a previous mail works as a virtual
"goodlist" already.

The key is strict forward/reverse DNS matching. If anyone wants to
send me mail, they have to identify themselves with an unambiguous DNS
name.

That is my minimum criteria for any admin expecting to get their mail
delivered. When more recipient admins enforce that tough stance, more
clueless sender admins will get the clue. ;-)

Once I know their DNS name, it's easier to decide whether they are
"good" or not.
