You may be missing some context here:
| $ apt-get --help | tail -1
| This APT has Super Cow Powers.
| $ apt-get moo
| (__)
| (oo)
| /------\/
| / | ||
| * /\---/\
| ~~ ~~
| ...."Have you mooed today?"...
| $ aptitude moo
| There are no Easter Eggs in this program.
`apt-get moo`/the cow is sort of an in-joke, and `aptitude moo` refers to
that.

You should translate those strings literally, referring to a cow.
