I often translate such joke (cultural, English language amusement, or
something) as a totally different joke, when it makes sense. It's up to
you how you translate these kinds of jokes.  Try to make a creative
translation.  ;)

I think message translation is not just passing information in another
language, but creating a part of computing culture of that language.
