Hallo!
I tried to recompile libgdal1-grass and since I am running into
problems I wonder whether something substantial has changed in the
libgrass package.
./configure --with-grass=/usr/lib/grass
for libgdal1-grass leads to
[...]
checking for gdal-config... /usr/bin/gdal-config
using /usr/lib as GDAL shared library autoload directory
checking for G_asprintf in -lgrass_gis... no
configure: error: --with-grass=/usr/lib/grass requested, but libraries not found!
Looking for G_asprintf in the *.so files of the freshly installed
libgrass package reports:
nm -D /usr/lib/grass/lib/* | grep -i G_asprintf
U G_asprintf
U G_asprintf
So indeed G_asprintf is undefined in those libraries.
Is there something I am overlooking?
