Or whenever a coordinate is changed, or once per day, or whenever.
I'm not sure.

The command to execute is
skolelinux/www/www.skolelinux.no/testskoler/map/make-map.pl in the
map/ directory, but you need to download
<URL:http://www.radcyberzine.com/xglobe/bio_2400.jpg> first to get the
same background image.
