I tried hard not to express a preference, just to offer an option that included a TV in response to stated desires to watch the Super Bowl. I remain fine with
either location, but I agree that we should go with the zeitgeist of most
responses so far just to avoid endless bikeshedding. I still hope some NYCR people attend this weekend, and also that they hold a larger-capacity, more
public, and football-free squeeze hackfest a weekend or two later.

MY VOTE:

BIKESHED MUST BE GREEN^W^W^W^WlET US MEET AT JIMMY KAPLOWITZ'S PLACE!

Two questions:

1. Do we have an official announcement of the meeting?

2. If Debian-NYC produces an official announcement, does
Debian-NYC wish to publish the announcement widely?

OK, I think I grasp the sense of the meeting. The gathering on
Sunday 6 February 2011 will be TINY BUT POWERFUL.
