FYI:
debian-reference list required fonts for Chinese:

Build-Depends-Indep: debhelper (>> 3.0.0), debiandoc-sgml (>= 1.1.67),
tetex-bin, tetex-extra, w3m (>= 0.3) | w3m-ssl (>= 0.3) | w3mmee (>=
0.3), cjk-latex, freetype1-tools, tfm-arphic-bsmi00lp,
tfm-arphic-bkai00mp, tfm-arphic-gbsn00lp, tfm-arphic-gkai00mp,
hbf-jfs56, hbf-cns40-b5, hbf-kanji48, gs

hbf-kanji48 is japanese font.

cjk-latex
Depends: ${shlibs:Depends}, tetex-base (>= 1.0-1), tetex-bin (>=
1.0.6-1.1)
Recommends: freetype1-tools
Suggests: tfm-arphic-bsmi00lp, tfm-arphic-bkai00mp, tfm-arphic-gbsn00lp,
tfm-arphic-gkai00mp, hbf-jfs56, hbf-cns40-b5, hbf-kanji48

So although name is cjk, it looks like "cj" but not "k".
Now I know hlatex is for Korean.

Anyway, we need to do some sanity check before deciding Depends: and
Recommends: for debiandoc-sgml.
