That's best practice for most mission-critical stuff, and squid certainly
qualifies. I am for a squid3 package as well (and NOT squid-experimental,
that just asks for a renaming after squid3 goes gold). If it is not good
enough for use yet, upload it to experimental instead of to unstable.
