"It's" South America, Central America and North America by way of America's own definitions as stated here:-

But we'll qualify that by calling Canadians, Canadian.
Which is how they like it for obscure though doubtless interesting reasons.

Don't mind me, I'm just a New Zealander in Australia telling you how to sort it out according to your own definitions.
