Too much work without enough benefit.

I dont think it is bad to have a non-free. Maybe we can make the
"non-free is NOT Debian" a bit more prominent (with a debconf note in
the packages, or requiring a Depends: vrms for every non-free package,
something like that. And maybe the drop of the non-free option the
installer/apt-setup from next point-release on, eg. user needs to enter
it by hand) but Im against the removal, there are enough useful packages
that are unfortunally not free enough for main.
