I think the problem is that giving advices may help raising awarenes, but
won't be effective untill someone *does the work*. That means someone has
to create a usability test for some specific issue, get users to
participate, evaluate the results, talk to developpers or even better,
write code.

Your site has been noted I guess. If you let people know about it that
currently don't, that's good, but don't exagerate.

But the most important point IMHO is that someone, optimally *you* does
the the real work (see above).
