I did the same thing, and while I'm pretty happy in the command-line,
some of my friends and employees seem to like a graphical tool. It's
funny. I have a bunch of great Java, C and C++ programmers working for
me, but they're terrified of the command line. I made the package for
them, but if you've actually made a lintian clean one, it probably
wouldn't hurt to ITP it.
