We can easily create a chroot where this can be tested, but a little
more information would go a long way toward finding a solution. If there
are binary incompatibilities, a stack trace is infinitely more useful
than "it crashes".

For the next couple weeks, at least, I don't think I can allocate the
resources to chase this down without a little more information about the
bug. GNOME 1.4 is looming large on our horizon.

Please, submit bug reports. At least then we can have a fully technical
conversation that will lead to a solution. :)
