Also as some one has pointed out to me, there are things other than BTS.
Like documentation. We need to free up the lists and resources for more
important things than a quick fork to unstable.

Remember as well, this would only be for a month or so (if that) if it was
done correctly.

Also this would ease alot of stress on mirrors (forking is a huge resource
strain) which has become evident with the loss of sunsite as a mirror.
currently my /debian/dists only mirror is about 6 gigs, this doesn't even
included hamm.
