This might not be the most logical ordering to use for deciding which cd
to put software on. People will miss packages that they actually use,
while many packages often get installed that are never used, especially
when the user just chooses some package group like 'standard
workstation', or whatever. This kind of relativizes the whole pop-con
statistics, doesn't it? Usage statistics seem much more relevant to me.
