Three letters: NMU.

Alternatively, four letters: fork. (ie, fork the source to libc6-udeb.dsc,
and only build libc6-udeb.udeb)

Seriously, we've got _official bootable CDs_ now, let's stop pussy footing
around, and knock the other silly little obstacles out of the way too.

(This means we're something like seven months from *release*, not
freeze. That's not a promise, but it's not a joke, either.)
