if we could simply use regular -dev libs it would be even better (and 
simpler to mantain, of course).
Maybe, not to create confusion, those old packages

libgtk+2.0-directfb0-udeb_2.0.9-5_i386.udeb
libdirectfb-0.9-20-udeb_0.9.20-5_i386.udeb
libgtk+2.0-directfb-udeb-dev_2.0.9-5_i386.deb
libdirectfb-udeb-dev_0.9.20-5_i386.deb

should be removed from archives?
