Note that CROSS_COMPILE is not needed, as m68k-linux-gnu- is
auto-detected if you use ARCH=m68k.

Manually supplying CROSS_COMPILE is only needed for non-standard
cross-compiler prefixes, or if you have multiple cross-compilers installed.
