if something is streamed, it can be recorded. been there done that. apt
install obs-studio is a good start if you want to try yourself, eg for
'undownloadable' videos from netflix or jitsu or foo bar.

also, if something is streamed over the internet, it also will also be always
recorded. remember this snowden dude?

i'm a bit sad that those two simple statements above are mostly not
understood in the Debian community as well.
