Yes, nobody needs a meeting with accusations and destructive
criticism.  But we definitely should use DebConf to discuss
short-term and long-term solutions to the ongoing security team
problem.  If somebody (be it the DPL or some de-jure-member of
the security team or some other person) already developed a
strategy, it should be discussed.  If not, interested party may
sit together and generate good ideas, that could also be
discussed.  If we don't do that in HEL, where or when else?
