I'm not sure. The English version says Debian has been ported to the Linux architectures. I hesitate to say that this is equivalent to say that Debian has been ported to all Linux architectures. If so, "toutes ces" is redundant. If not, the translation is incorrect. In any case, the French version is wrong. If you think this issue comes from the source text, feel free to argue the English version is incorrect, fix it or simply disambiguate.
And I maintain that "Following close behind" *in that context* means that the latter is the consequence of the former.
