I'm really surprised about this. Voting in Debian is a process most
DDs face, say, some three times a year? Yes, it is not often, and
itdoes have some hurdles to get right. But in any case, if you do not
wait until the very-very last minute, any failure in your voting
should be auto-handled and quite easy to follow. Saying DDs are
"computer-savvy people" is a gross understatement. 

Manoj, you have more data on this regard... But I really doubt many
people have historically had important problems (read: were denied
their right to vote). Do you really think we should change an old and
overall good format?
