That's not what we're asking. We're asking: What effect would the
following language have on release timing? Then we, the developers,
will decide how to weigh the various considerations. But one key
piece of information is missing: what is the release manager's
estimates of the effect different possible wordings would have on
release timing.
I had mistakenly thought that the last change would have no such
effect, because I didn't realize that Anthony would interpret the
change as he did. There's no criticism there of Anthony, but I don't
want to repeat my mistake. So I'm asking him to describe what effect
the various possibilities would have on release timing.
