That's not what we're asking.  We're asking: What effect would the
following language have on release timing?  Then we, the developers,
will decide how to weigh the various considerations.  But one key
piece of information is missing: what is the release manager's
estimates of the effect different possible wordings would have on
release timing.

I had mistakenly thought that the last change would have no such
effect, because I didn't realize that Anthony would interpret the
change as he did.  There's no criticism there of Anthony, but I don't
want to repeat my mistake.  So I'm asking him to describe what effect
the various possibilities would have on release timing.
