clamav 0.93 accepted to archive, but no updates (was: [VUA 45-1] Discontinuing clamav-data support for "plain" etch)

    deb http://volatile.debian.net/debian-volatile/ etch/volatile main

According to
the 'clamav' package version '0.93~dfsg-volatile1' was accepted to the
'volatile' archive on 2008-05-20.

However, it's still not appearing today when I update:

What's going on here? The version announced to be in the archive since
2008-05-20 doesn't appear available on this machine at all, even
though I've updated the package list from that archive.
