Is this file really present on your system? What does

  ls -lF /usr/lib/xorg/modules/linux/libglx.so

show? Is there a link somewhere in this path?

  ls -lF /usr/lib/xorg/modules/linux
  ls -lF /usr/lib/xorg/modules

According to Xorg.0.log it should belong to some NVIDIA package.

What does

  dpkg -S /usr/lib/xorg/modules/linux

print out?

Regards,
jvp.
