In update-exim4.conf.conf change 'satellite' to 'internet'. There is a
crucial addition to make to dc_smarthost.
mail.messagingengine.com::587
Edit /etc/exim4/password.client to have
mail.messagingengine.com:user@domain:password
Only you know what user and domain you signed up to fastmail with.
