Personally I installed torque + maui from source (which are free) from
http://www.clusterresources.com/pages/products.php

There seems to be a package of torque for debian lenny at
http://debian.physik.hu-berlin.de/

I seem to recall that I followed some tutorial but I can't find it at the moment, maybe tomorrow on my cluster
