Thanks, Chris.  See my previous message.  I did not have anything set
up in Apache.  It would have saved me much time and effort had the
Debian README file for Blosxom and Pyblosxom given at least a hint of
the configuration changes which are required.  If only I had
discovered the official apache website earlier...
