Well, then those youngsters would qualified as well educated.

I would like to point out that not everyone who is well educated went to
university, nor everyone who went to university is well educated.

People have the ability to teach themselves, once they have the ability
to read at least.

I know a few teenagers who can run circles around most of the adults
they come in contact with, and they have not yet gone to higher
education, but they will.  These people are some the leaders of
tomorrow. (meaning future, not meaning the day after today)
