Also everybody in the US would be speaking German in that case. You mean like Korea, Japan (post-WWII), *ALL* of Europe? As has already been pointed out, if not for the US, everybody in western Europe would be speaking only German today. But I guess this could not happen. The WW2 would for sure last longer if there were no US help, but the end result would be the same To be fair: US is only cleaning the mess which it made during Soviet attack on Afghanistan. And they only remembered about that mess, because Taliban dropped bomb on their head. And Saddam also had to be removed because he became too strong with all the support he got from US for fighting Iran in the 80'.Of course, Afghanistan and Iraq are ongoing. In Iraq, the US military is doing a tremendous job in the face of an enemy bent on killing innocents. If I would smash someone's computer and then try to glue it together, I don't think that someone would be very pleased with my "help". It is hard to be forgiving to someone who makes same mistakes all the time.No. I live in the real world and I realize that people make mistakes. You should also try having some grace about you and being a little more forgiving. Regards Mitja |
