From Veritas FTP site, from the original CD.
But I can't guarantee that BackupExec (because that's what you're using
if I remember correctly) agent is distributed the same way that
NetBackup agent is.

That is correct. I am using BackupExec 10. There are noe executables for Linux on their site. Only .rpm files.
