Yes, I have the same things.
My /etc/modules contains
ide-cd
ide-disk
ide-generic
psmouse
sd_mod

####MODIFS MANUELLES#######

My dmesg echoes
nvidia: module license 'NVIDIA' taints kernel.

The only errors I get is the following message after X crashes juster after
the nvidia logo:

*** If unresolved symbols were reported above, they might not
*** be the reason for the server aborting.

Fatal server error:
Caught signal 11. Server aborting

Far above I have these warnings but I don't think they cause X to crash:

My nvidia module is located at /lib/modules/2.6.14-camel/kernel/drivers/video/
and I have a nvidia_agp at /lib/modules/2.6.14-camel/kernel/drivers/char/agp/

I know that the nvidia module loads perfectly as long as I don't use the glx
module in /etc/X11/XF86Config-4.
That's the reason why I think it could be XFree or my mesa libs but how can
get a clue about this issue ?
