You mean the same type of "paid professionals" that have an obligation
to keep the software as secure as possible on the client computers - so
they require the latest version of Internet Explorer? That's not "paid
professionals" doing their obligated duty; that's Dilbert's PHB making
decisions for money and convenience.

BTW - the USPS also has "paid professionals" with an "obligation to
maintain security". And those "paid professionals" aren't just in the
computer department, either. 

It is not "paid professionals" and "obligations" that make me feel like
I can trust companies/organizations/government agencies, etc.
