I am gobsmacked that you are using Mutt and have no .muttrc - either
your system /etc/Muttrc is very well organised, or It's Magic.

Besides, as someone who has the sense to use Mutt, you ought to be
mucking around with hooks and rules and stuff ... my ~/.muttrc runs to
hundreds of lines ... :-)
