The wheel counts as 3 - forward, backward, and click. So you have (in
X terms) a 6 button mouse. I've never enountered such a beast, but I
assume you just need to do:
Options "Buttons" "6"
"ZAxisMapping" "6"
I'd start with that then experiment.
