UML and system segmentation fault

Hi, I'm new in this list.
I have an UML (User Mode Linux) server (Debian Sarge) which works great, but
after I have installed "imagemagik" package, all its depends (imagemagick
libdps1 libfreetype6 libice6 libjasper-1.701-1 libjpeg62 liblcms1
libmagick6 libpng12-0 libsm6 libtiff4 libx11-6 libxext6 libxml2 libxt6
xfree86-common xlibs-data) and the system updates some packages ( libc6
libc6-dev locales), apache2 stop working.

In /var/log/apache2/error.log I can see this error:
[Wed May 04 12:08:44 2005] [notice] child pid 12832 exit signal Segmentation
fault (11)

But the problem isn't only with apache. Also mysql stop working and even a
simple "nslookup www.google.com" gives "Segmentation Fault" as answer.

On the host machines I have a 2.6.10-skas3-v8 kernel and I launch my
virtual machines with a 2.6.9-bs7 kernel. Both this kernels are compiled by
myelf. But even if I try to launch virtual machines with another kernel
downloaded fron internet (linux-2.6.11-rc3-bk2-uml-compile-fixes-3,
linux-2.6.10-rc2-netfilter20041111) the situation doesn't change.

I think the problem is libc6, but it's only my opinion and I have nothing
that confirm this.

I've tried to install same packages in a standalone server (without UML) and
all works fine.

Thanks for help.

andrea
